In the same way that a host can have just as much fun as his guests at a dinner party, we at Relish actually believe that it is OUR pleasure to serve our customers. The common goal for every employee, manager, and owner is to provide the guests with such a great experience that they will definitely return and bring others back with them.

Too many in the hospitality industry today have forgotten the essence of that word "hospitality". At Relish, our guests are treated as if they are guests in our home. Our business philosophy is best summed up by the words of Jean-Anthelme Brillat-Savarin (18th century French lawyer, philosopher, and perhaps the first real foodie) who reminds us that "to invite a person to your house is to take charge of his happiness as long as he be beneath your roof." To that end, we intend to do whatever it takes to please our guests by placing a premium value on customer service while providing the highest quality ingredients at the lowest possible prices.
